TERMS AND CONDITIONS

01. Practical Driving Lessons

• Lessons scheduled on weekdays after 5:00 PM or during weekends are subject to a surcharge of DKK 100 per lesson, where such lessons are offered.

• Lessons are subject to instructor availability and must be booked in advance.

• Cancellation/rescheduling must comply with the confirmed cancellation deadline. Late cancellation or non-attendance may result in the applicable lesson fee being charged.

02. Manoeuvring Track & Slippery Track

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be received at least 6 days before the scheduled session.

• Late cancellation or non-attendance may result in a charge of DKK 2,590, subject to the booking agreement and applicable law.

• Track reservations are arranged in advance with external providers.

03. First Aid Course

• Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the course.

• Late cancellation or non-attendance may result in a charge, provided the amount and conditions have been disclosed and agreed.

04. Theory & Learning Materials

• Theory course purchased separately: DKK 2,590.

• Additional online theory access: DKK 500.

• English physical theory textbook: DKK 395.

05. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are due under the terms agreed at purchase.

• Refund requests are assessed based on the agreement, services already delivered, and applicable Danish consumer legislation.

• Nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights

06. General Conditions

• Students must arrive on time for scheduled lessons and sessions.

• Any late-cancellation or no-show charges must be clearly stated before purchase or booking.

• All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK). Terms applicable at booking govern unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
